Returns & Exchanges
- Fashion Desires will only accept returns if there is a manufacturer’s
default in the product and the item has not been worn, laundered or washed
by the customer.
- In the event that the product is a manufacturer’s default, Fashion
Desires will agree to make a full refund or issue a replacement product
(at the absolute discretion of Fashion Desires) upon receiving a request
by the customer.
- The customer is to ensure that the product is returned to Fashion Desires
within 3 days of receiving them for an exchange.
- Refunds will not be given by Fashion Desires should the customer merely change their mind after the product has been delivered.
